INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Location: Armstrong, BC

Our nationwide client with an office located in Armstrong, BC, is looking to add an Inside Sales Representative to their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Act as first level remote sales support for our field sales teams Qualify, nurture, and convert inbound sales leads in partnership with our distribution teams
Focus on Lead Generation through Social Selling platforms working in conjunction with Marketing to drive new sales opportunities.
Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues.
Respond to customer service calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Help customers solve problems through product knowledge and information.
Develop sales quotations for customers, as well as processing customer orders
Requirements:
Comes from a civil background and has proven ability to support technical requests from our end customers.
Has an affinity towards sales.
Post-Secondary Education in Civil, considered an asset
Strong experience in customer interactions.
Strong organizational skills.
Result-driven, self-motivated, and hands-on.
Creative problem-solving skills and great attention to details.
Affinity to work in a variety of platforms (CRM, Microsoft Office, etc.)
