Our nationwide client with an office located in Armstrong, BC, is looking to add an Inside Sales Representative to their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as first level remote sales support for our field sales teams Qualify, nurture, and convert inbound sales leads in partnership with our distribution teams

  • Focus on Lead Generation through Social Selling platforms working in conjunction with Marketing to drive new sales opportunities.

  • Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues.

  • Respond to customer service calls in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Help customers solve problems through product knowledge and information.

  • Develop sales quotations for customers, as well as processing customer orders

Requirements:

  • Comes from a civil background and has proven ability to support technical requests from our end customers.

  • Has an affinity towards sales.

  • Post-Secondary Education in Civil, considered an asset

  • Strong experience in customer interactions.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Result-driven, self-motivated, and hands-on.

  • Creative problem-solving skills and great attention to details.

  • Affinity to work in a variety of platforms (CRM, Microsoft Office, etc.)
