Logistics Coordinator

Our Kelowna, BC client, a leader in their industry is looking to add an experienced Logistics Coordinator to their team. Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet customer demand.
Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.
Track shipments, resolve any issues or delays, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records related to logistics activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience working in logistics or a similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work well under pressure.
