Logistics Coordinator

Our Kelowna, BC client, a leader in their industry is looking to add an experienced Logistics Coordinator to their team. Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for logistics and supply chain management? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at coordinating multiple moving parts seamlessly? If so, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet customer demand.

  • Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.

  • Track shipments, resolve any issues or delays, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

  • Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records related to logistics activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in logistics or a similar role.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work well under pressure.
