Our Kelowna based client, a Real Estate Leader in the area is looking to add a Marketing Specialist to their team. This role will be responsible for the planning and execution of cohesive, timely and effective brand and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight to all brand representations and ensure consistency and accuracy.

• Ensure brand guidelines are understood and upheld by all team members

• Manage planning and production, design and printing for core brands and assets.

• Ensures quality of video, photographic and written content

• Works with Digital Marketing Manager on several projects.

• Provide recommendations and implement strategies.

• Assist agents in developing to drive leads and new client engagement and retention.

• Oversee marketing budget.

• Build and manage marketing critical path for development projects.

• Develop and maintaining sales collateral.

• Plan and execute advertising campaigns.

Requirements:

• 2+ years marketing specialist/manager experience.

• Education in marketing considered an asset.

• Knowledge of print media design and production.

• Strong program and project management skills.

• Knowledge of print, video and electronic media.

• Working knowledge of CRM systems, Design Software.
