Receptionist/Administrator

Salary range: $50,000 - $53,000
Our West Kelowna, BC Client is seeking an Receptionist/Administrator. Are you organized, detail-focused, and passionate about supporting a dynamic team? They are seeking a motivated Office Assistant to provide essential administrative and management support while serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations across multiple companies within our group.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support, client reception, and customer service.
Answer phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Assist with accounts payable, data entry, and expense reporting.
Process payments from walk-in customers and Lakeridge Park Estate residents.
Organize travel and meeting arrangements for management.
Maintain organized filing systems and general office order.
Manage inventory by purchasing and storing office supplies.
Compile reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables.
Coordinate meeting schedules and event planning.
Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and record minutes.
Act as a liaison with Westbank First Nation (WFN) to share notifications and support community events.
Undertake other duties as assigned by senior management.
Requirements:
Certificate or equivalent experience in office administration, accounting, or bookkeeping considered an asset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong computer skills.
Experience with office equipment, including digital phone systems and scanners.
Strong independent work ethic combined with the ability to collaborate in a team.
Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
Cooperative and professional demeanor, fostering positive working relationships.
