ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT


Location: Kelowna, BC

Position Status: CLOSED

Our well established Kelowna client is looking for an experienced Administrator to assist their team in researching and producing reports, market reviews, presentations and database management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Data input

  • Prepare, format, and edit reports and presentations

  • Update and maintain a wide variety of information, reports, and databases for data analysis

  • Handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers

  • Collaborates with all staff members for efficient and effective report creation

  • Work with Excel, MS Office, Google Earth, Adobe

  • Back up receptionist as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Business degree considered and asset

  • Experience conducting research and writing reports.

  • High attention to detail

  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is an asset.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong Excel skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Professional and positive attitude
