ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Location: Kelowna, BC
Position Status: CLOSED
Our well established Kelowna client is looking for an experienced Administrator to assist their team in researching and producing reports, market reviews, presentations and database management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data input
Prepare, format, and edit reports and presentations
Update and maintain a wide variety of information, reports, and databases for data analysis
Handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers
Collaborates with all staff members for efficient and effective report creation
Work with Excel, MS Office, Google Earth, Adobe
Back up receptionist as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
Business degree considered and asset
Experience conducting research and writing reports.
High attention to detail
Prior experience in the real estate industry is an asset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong Excel skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Professional and positive attitude
