Our Kelowna client is looking to add a self-motivated Administrative Operations Manager to their busy team. Someone with strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of business operations to facilitate and optimize the business processes.

This role is for a person who is focused on big-picture goals and laying the right groundwork to accomplish them. You are someone who is always looking ahead, analyzing the right ways to make a business more profitable and efficient, someone who will monitor a company’s overall well-being, fix issues as they arise, format operational strategy, improve efficiency and help the company grow more successful.

The successful candidates must possess strong leadership qualities, analytical skills, thrive under pressure, have great people skills, and a strong aptitude for success.

Responsibilities:

  • Streamline business operations

  • Improve efficiency where required

  • Oversee day-to-day business activities

  • Liaise and consult with clients, staff, and vendors

  • Evaluate and enhance employee performance

  • Improve business programs, technologies, and policies

  • Negotiate and approve agreements with internal and external stakeholders

  • Harmonize organizational activities

Requirements:

  • Business admin degree or equivalent considered an asset.

  • Previous business or operations management experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Problem-solving skills.

  • Must be able to prioritize.

  • Strong aptitude for math.

  • Broad business knowledge.

  • Ethical behaviour.

  • Excellent networking skills.
