CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR

LOCATION: Kelowna, BC
Our Kelowna Manufacturing and Production client is looking for a full-time office administrator and customer service person to join their fast paced team. This is a one year maternity leave contract with the potential for long term.
The ideal candidate will be a positive, energetic person, with strong organizational skills who works well in a team-based environment but is comfortable performing a variety of office administrative work and customer service tasks with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently handle RMA/Parts service calls and emails.
Collect and record information from customers with accuracy and clarity.
Manage and monitor RMA requests.
Proactively communicate with Service Team regarding order verification, status, pricing, and shipment information.
Data Entry in Sage300 ERP/CRM and service database.
Assorted other administrative tasks such as mail runs, coffee machine maintenance, equipment tracking, filing and meeting minutes.
Ensure Safety programs are up to date and maintained; including but not limited to safety documentation monitoring, leading monthly safety meeting, etc.
Assist shipping and production when needed.
Other duties as required.
Requirements:
3+ years of general office work and customer service experience.
Recent hands-on experience with Sage ERP & CRM or similar software preferred.*
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; specifically excel, word, and outlook.
Fluent in English with solid communication skills both verbally and in written form.
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and analytical skills.
