LOCATION: Kelowna, BC

Our Kelowna Manufacturing and Production client is looking for a full-time office administrator and customer service person to join their fast paced team. This is a one year maternity leave contract with the potential for long term.

The ideal candidate will be a positive, energetic person, with strong organizational skills who works well in a team-based environment but is comfortable performing a variety of office administrative work and customer service tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle RMA/Parts service calls and emails.

  • Collect and record information from customers with accuracy and clarity.

  • Manage and monitor RMA requests.

  • Proactively communicate with Service Team regarding order verification, status, pricing, and shipment information.

  • Data Entry in Sage300 ERP/CRM and service database.

  • Assorted other administrative tasks such as mail runs, coffee machine maintenance, equipment tracking, filing and meeting minutes.

  • Ensure Safety programs are up to date and maintained; including but not limited to safety documentation monitoring, leading monthly safety meeting, etc.

  • Assist shipping and production when needed.

  • Other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of general office work and customer service experience.

  • Recent hands-on experience with Sage ERP & CRM or similar software preferred.*

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; specifically excel, word, and outlook.

  • Fluent in English with solid communication skills both verbally and in written form.

  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and analytical skills.
