Customer Service Representative


Location: Kelowna, BC

Position Status: CLOSED

Salary: $50,000 per year

Our Kelowna, BC Client is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their wonderful company. In this role you will be providing stellar customer service as you handle incoming inquiries from clients in regards to billing, service issues, service requests, product ordering, etc. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a kind and friendly approach while listening to customers, analyzing their needs and helping resolve their issues. Responsibilities:

● Answering inbound calls

● Provide above average customer service to both internal and external customers

● Liaison with internal departments to ensure the smooth transition of the customer’s orders and requests

● Accurately input data entry information into system

● Resolve product or service problems by selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

● Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

● Go the extra mile to engage customers

● Place or cancel customer orders

Requirements:

● 2+ years in customer service or inside sales

● Good problem solving skills

● You possess an extremely positive attitude

● Are highly organized and multi-task oriented

● Self-motivated and reliable, punctual and efficient

● Proficient with working with excel, computers and CRM system

● Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) is a must

● You love engaging with people

● You have experience working in a customer service role with inbound customers with order taking as well as resolution order fulfillment issues

● You are a creative thinker and are able to think out the side box and come up with solutions

● You thrive in fast-paced environments and value working alongside smart and ambitious peers

● You stay focused, and nothing falls through the cracks on your watch
