Inbound Sales/CSR Advisor
Location: Kelowna, BC

Our Kelowna, BC client is a Franchise leader in Canada. They are looking to add a new Inbound Sales/CSR Advisor to their dynamic, productive, fun and growing team.
This role will be responsible for answering inbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote, recommend and sell products based on customer needs or interests. You will be responsible for providing quality and efficient sales information to customers and prospective customers, in order to upgrade, retain and educate on products and services while providing high quality customer service.
Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound sales calls to customers and prospective customers
Answer incoming inquiries by phone, email, and text
Maintain target levels of productivity and performance
Document customer calls in the database system; including resolutions, issues, and general notes
Attend continuous training on product and procedural updates
Help maintain a good team and working environment by assisting fellow employees and participating constructively in meetings
Participate in a comprehensive and thorough initial training program
Ability to multitask; listening, inputting data, providing solutions, navigating through various screens while applying customer satisfaction techniques
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous CSR/Sales experience in Retail, Hospitality or Office settings
Enthusiastic, team player
Must have excellent communication skills
Previous sales, customer service or call center experience preferred
Proficient typing and computer navigation skills
Superb listening, probing, negotiation and de-escalation skills needed
