Our Kelowna, BC client, a leader in the Commercial Insurance industry is looking to add a new Insurance Account Manager to their dynamic team.

This role is ideal for a person that wants to work in a positive, friendly and attractive work environment, and wants to develop their long term career with the company.

If you have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and deliver excellent client service then this is the position for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist and maintain book of commercial business

  • Assist with processing policies and endorsements

  • Assist with the process ,renewals, endorsements cancellations, certificates, bonds, invoicing etc.

  • Policy renewals and follow up on expiry dates

  • Work extensively with clients to maintain files

  • Liaise with Insurers regarding new business & renewal terms

  • Generating new submissions / proposals

  • Processing Renewal paperwork, including invoicing

  • Monitor renewal list for expiries being dealt with

  • Assist with collection of accounts receivables

  • Answer incoming calls as relief

Requirements:

  • Level 1 insurance license minimum

  • Administration background

  • EPIC / Policy Works / Excel / Word Experience

  • Multi-task, detail oriented and strong organizational skills

  • Excellent communication (verbal & written)

  • Committed to professional development
