INSURANCE ACCOUNT MANAGER

Our Kelowna, BC client, a leader in the Commercial Insurance industry is looking to add a new Insurance Account Manager to their dynamic team.
This role is ideal for a person that wants to work in a positive, friendly and attractive work environment, and wants to develop their long term career with the company.

Responsibilities:
Assist and maintain book of commercial business
Assist with processing policies and endorsements
Assist with the process ,renewals, endorsements cancellations, certificates, bonds, invoicing etc.
Policy renewals and follow up on expiry dates
Work extensively with clients to maintain files
Liaise with Insurers regarding new business & renewal terms
Generating new submissions / proposals
Processing Renewal paperwork, including invoicing
Monitor renewal list for expiries being dealt with
Assist with collection of accounts receivables
Answer incoming calls as relief
Requirements:
Level 1 insurance license minimum
Administration background
EPIC / Policy Works / Excel / Word Experience
Multi-task, detail oriented and strong organizational skills
Excellent communication (verbal & written)
Committed to professional development
