MARKETING & ADMIN COORDINATOR


Location: Remote & Kelowna Office

Position Status: CLOSED

Our Kelowna, BC Commercial Real Estate client, a leader in the industry is looking for a talented and dynamic Marketing & Administrative Coordinator to join their productive team.

Responsibilities:

  • Sending emails on behalf of Agents

  • Coordinating title and corporate searches

  • Creating listing documents and supporting documentation

  • Compiling due diligence materials for new listing proposals and/or new listings

  • Maintain Client Database

  • Digital document filing

  • Managing and posting on social media accounts (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)

  • Blog posting

  • Managing the back end of the website

  • Coordinating signage creation through to install, including tracking signs and inventory

  • Editing photos in Photoshop

  • Aerial imagery creation in Photoshop

  • Create proposal using InDesign template

  • Adding new listings to the Multiple Listing Service

  • Listing Brochure Creation

  • Advertising: Creation of ad in InDesign or Photoshop, coordination with ad executives, proof final copies

  • Managing marketing spending and coordinating with team bookkeeper

  • Yearly design and layout of Annual Report

  • Design and coordination with printer of all printed materials (reports, letterhead, envelopes, business cards, invitations, etc)

  • Creating powerpoint presentations

  • Creation of email campaigns via Mailchimp

  • Quarterly updating comparables database using a variety of search techniques

  • Responding to Appraiser and Industry Partners for comps requests (via phone and email)

  • Upkeep of relationships with industry partners for sales and lease comps

  • Market surveys (searching the market for available product for clients and inputting into a Word template)

  • Compiling sales or lease comparables for clients and listing proposals

  • Daily tracking of new development and building permits

  • Other duties as required

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Marketing Experience

  • Must be proficient with In-Design and Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative

  • Able to work remote

  • Must have vehicle

  • Proven organizational, planning and multitasking skills, with keen attention to details

  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
