Position Status: CLOSED

Our Salmon Arm client is looking for a skilled Office/Project Coordinator to undertake a variety of day-to-day office responsibilities and coordination of tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that the office operations run smoothly and help to ensure that projects are completed on time and meet high quality standards.

The ideal candidate will be organized and a competent professional with phenomenal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

· Checking purchase orders

· Assist with HR duties

· Ensure employment contracts are current with changing legislation

· Willing to use & learn an internet based HR platform

· Arrange employee documents in one place

· Print orders and maintain sales files

· Review orders for accuracy and approval

· Complete and submit reports

· Assist with Invoicing

· Double, triple and quadruple check for mistakes and inaccuracies made between the customer, the sales person and the factory

· Assist with keep price lists up to date

· Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information

· Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency

· Assist project and sales teams with duties as required

Requirements:

· Minimum 3 year’s experience in administrative positions

· Project or Sales Coordination experience considered an asset

· Must be extremely detailed oriented and meticulous

· Ability to work with very little supervisions and utmost professionalism

· Strong computer and data entry skills required
