SERVICE COORDINATOR
Location: Kelowna, BC
Postion Status: CLOSED
Our Kelowna client, a leader in the Pool & Hot Tub industry is to looking for a meticulous, detail-oriented Service Coordinator. To be successful as a Service Coordinator, you should be service-oriented with excellent organizational and record keeping skills. You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills and should be able to deal with clients requirements.
Responsibilities:
Book service calls for customers
Complete daily work order report
Collect and review all work orders
Rebook incomplete work orders as needed
Liaison between Customers and Service Technicians
Update notes in customer profile in database
Schedule opening and closing pool appointments with customers
Track parts in inventory and order as needed
Select and tag parts for the technician the day before the service work is to be done
Responsible for all warranties
Requirements:
Previous service/customer service experience required
Strong work ethic and service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Staying up to date with services, policies, and regulations
Strong record keeping and analytical skills
