Our Kelowna client, a leader in the Pool & Hot Tub industry is to looking for a meticulous, detail-oriented Service Coordinator. To be successful as a Service Coordinator, you should be service-oriented with excellent organizational and record keeping skills. You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills and should be able to deal with clients requirements.

Responsibilities: 

  • Book service calls for customers

  • Complete daily work order report

  • Collect and review all work orders

  • Rebook incomplete work orders as needed

  • Liaison between Customers and Service Technicians

  • Update notes in customer profile in database

  • Schedule opening and closing pool appointments with customers

  • Track parts in inventory and order as needed

  • Select and tag parts for the technician the day before the service work is to be done

  • Responsible for all warranties

Requirements: 

  • Previous service/customer service experience required

  • Strong work ethic and service skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Staying up to date with services, policies, and regulations

  • Strong record keeping and analytical skills
