Personal Lines Account Manager
Location: Kelowna, BC
Position Status: CLOSED
Our Kelowna, BC Insurance client is currently looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join their Personal Lines/Auto team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
You will engage with our high-net-worth clients to determine their needs, provide expert advice, and ensure the best coverage for them.
You will develop new business opportunities.
You will manage all aspects of an existing book of personal lines clients, including reviewing, cross selling of products and remarketing.
You will respond to all customer and company inquiries by providing effective and efficient customer service for verbal and written enquiries.
You will manage and process renewals on a timely basis and maintain high levels of client retention.
You will be following up on accounts receivable.
You will be following corporate policies and procedures (best practises)
You will be maintaining continuing education credits for licensing.
Requirements:
You have your Insurance License Level 1 or 2.
You have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
You must be able to learn Quickly: You can learn new processes and procedures quickly and consistently apply learned knowledge.

If you have a good knowledge of Epic software, this would be an asset.
