REAL ESTATE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Our Kelowna Commercial Real Estate client is one of the leading companies in the area. They are hiring a talented Real Estate Administrative Assistant professional to join their team. If you're excited to be part of a winning team then this is the job for you.
Responsibilities:
Answering the phone, take messages, forward calls
Maintaining client database (ACT)
Managing Keys/Lockboxes
Basic follow-up to sales/lease inquiries by phone and email
Data entry & tracking for deposits, wire transfers, commission payments, cheques
Preparing disclosure documents
Requesting Corporate Summary/Title Searches, completing FINTRAC forms
DocuSign
Place/Take-down Signage
Back-up for contract paperwork & deal record keeping when required
Requirements:
Previous administrative/office experience is valuable.
A Business administration or office admin diploma/certificate would be preferred
Previous real estate industry experience considered an asset
Strong literacy and numeracy skills to handle administrative tasks
Strong computer skill
Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time as well as prioritize and manage time efficiently
Ability to work independently but also follow the instruction of lead real estate team
