REAL ESTATE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Our Kelowna Commercial Real Estate client is one of the leading companies in the area. They are hiring a talented Real Estate Administrative Assistant professional to join their team. If you're excited to be part of a winning team then this is the job for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering the phone, take messages, forward calls

  • Maintaining client database (ACT)

  • Managing Keys/Lockboxes

  • Basic follow-up to sales/lease inquiries by phone and email

  • Data entry & tracking for deposits, wire transfers, commission payments, cheques

  • Preparing disclosure documents

  • Requesting Corporate Summary/Title Searches, completing FINTRAC forms

  • DocuSign

  • Place/Take-down Signage

  • Back-up for contract paperwork & deal record keeping when required

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative/office experience is valuable.

  • A Business administration or office admin diploma/certificate would be preferred

  • Previous real estate industry experience considered an asset

  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills to handle administrative tasks

  • Strong computer skill

  • Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time as well as prioritize and manage time efficiently

  • Ability to work independently but also follow the instruction of lead real estate team
