RESEARCH ANALYST
Location: Kelowna, BC

Our Kelowna, BC client, a leader in Real Estate Appraising, is looking to add a Research Analyst to their busy team.
Responsibilities:
Assist appraisers in producing appraisal and consulting reports through research and analysis of information, preparation of mapping and collection of data for buildings, land, and leases
Perform research and analysis and draft reports on real estate, land, leases, economic impact and feasibility
Locate, compile and interpret cadastral, ortho, bathymetric and topographical maps
Format and edit reports and prepare presentations
Update and maintain a wide variety of information, reports, and databases for data comparison
Collaborates with all staff members for efficient and effective report creation
Interacts with external information sources
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience conducting research and writing reports
Post-secondary education considered an asset
Prior experience in the real estate industry is an asset
Excellent knowledge of office hardware and software
Exceptional critical reading and research skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Flexible and adaptable
