SALES REPRESENTATIVE
POSTION STATUS: Closed
LOCATION: Kelowna, BC
Our Kelowna, BC-based client requires a confident Sales Representative to join their team. The candidate will work with the National Sales Manager in the ongoing development of existing and prospective customers to ensure that the department is able to meet its growth targets.
Responsibilities:
Represent company in a positive and professional manner at all events and functions
Work with and support all departments on customer-related items
Keep in contact with customers and ensure they are satisfied
Work with the Sales department and achieve company target & goals
Identify areas of improvement in sales function and work together to find solutions
Able to work independently and as a team, be on time and prepared for all meetings
Emails and reporting are completed professionally and accurately
Prepare Customer quotations in cooperation with Engineering team
Promote Service PM & Maintenance programs
Identify sales strategy and information collected for customers or distributors
Conduct contract administration requests including add, deletes and changes
Conduct ongoing customer needs, analysis, and research of customer requirements through first party resources
Conduct regular customer review calls and follow up as necessary
Perform reporting functions on an ongoing and timely basis including quotes, booked orders and lost opportunities
Assist in completing sales projects including proposals and marketing
Collecting and reporting post sales customer information and issues
Assisting National Sales Manager on an as needed basis
Requirements:
Outside Sales experience: 3-5 yrs
Comfort level with electrical/electronic technology would be a bonus
Experience working with CRM & Quote/Order software
Experience working in an electronic or electronic sales industry would be an asset
CRM experience is a mandatory requirement
Experience working in a Wholesale/Manufacturing environment
