Marketing & Loyalty Manager

Our Kelowna, BC client, a leader in the Franchise industry, is currently seeking a Marketing & Loyalty Manager to join their growing team. The Marketing & Loyalty Manager is responsible for contributing to the success of the company's business and marketing objectives by developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies in support of retention, ecommerce, customer journey, and brand advocacy.
Responsibilities:
· Develop strategic vision for loyalty and curate customer experiences that deliver against the marketing strategy to drive awareness while working with CGO and Founder
· Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
· Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
· Create Email marketing campaigns and track/measure ROI
· Oversee new website content, regularly reviewing website, and sending out website updated content
· Working with our Digital SEM agency on Google Ads and Ad reviews
· Creating blogs
· Working with event planning team on quarterly and annual meetings
· Working with CGO and Founder on creating quarterly marketing plans
· Presenting/Making content videos
· Taking photos
· Making company brochures
· Creation of brand templates, presentation decks, and advertising requirements
· Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
· Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
· Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.)
· Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
· Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
· Manage all social media channels (FB, IG, Linkedin) for franchisor and franchise locations
· Creating and managing content for our LMS system (Trainual)
Working with our Franchise Partners to develop their marketing plans in accordance with our marketing strategy
Developing and optimizing media plans for our franchise locations, working with our agency partners
Collaborating with other Marketing team members on digital campaigns for our franchise locations, ensuring campaigns are executed and optimized
Developing and launching marketing plans for new franchise locations
Working cross-functionally with other teams, such as Field Operations and Finance to support our franchises
Responding to and investigating inquiries from our Franchise Partners about their marketing tactics
Taking on special projects or working on project teams to support the growth of our business
Requirements:
· A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Advertising, considered an asset
· 2 years’ experience working in marketing-based role(s)
· 2 years’ experience working with iOS and Apple digital environments
· Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, Trainual, MARQ, Hubspot, One Drive, Teams, etc.)
· Knowledge of digital platforms (email, loyalty, social, database) and channels including best practices
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the organization
· Exceptional analytical, problem identification, and problem-solving skills
· Self-starter with ability to work independently
· Attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects
· Ability to work cross-functionally and to coordinate communication across diverse work groups
· Proven ability to deliver results, effectively influencing decisions through strong leadership skills
· Works under pressure while exercising good judgment and handles conflict and resolves uncomfortable situations with guests, peers, and direct reports with tact and diplomacy
