Part-Time Administrator


Location: Kelowna, BC

Salary: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Our Kelowna client, is a dynamic and growing organization dedicated to providing exceptional financial services to their clients. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrator to support their Financial Services Advisor. This role offers the opportunity to work in a professional environment while maintaining work-life balance. They would be looking for someone to work (3) days 7.5hr day/weekly 22.5hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Financial Services Advisor with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating client meetings.

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain client files and financial documents.

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.

  • Handle data entry and update client information in our systems accurately.

  • Support the preparation of financial reports, proposals, and presentations.

  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance regulations in all tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in financial services or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with learning new software.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • A positive and professional attitude, with a commitment to providing excellent service.
