Part-Time Administrator

Salary: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
Our Kelowna client, is a dynamic and growing organization dedicated to providing exceptional financial services to their clients. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrator to support their Financial Services Advisor. This role offers the opportunity to work in a professional environment while maintaining work-life balance. They would be looking for someone to work (3) days 7.5hr day/weekly 22.5hours.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Financial Services Advisor with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating client meetings.
Prepare, organize, and maintain client files and financial documents.
Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
Handle data entry and update client information in our systems accurately.
Support the preparation of financial reports, proposals, and presentations.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance regulations in all tasks.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in financial services or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with learning new software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
A positive and professional attitude, with a commitment to providing excellent service.
