Sales Representative

Base Salary: $55,000 per year
KAN Recruitment is hiring on behalf of our Kelowna-based client for a Sales Representative to drive business growth through Managed IT Services, Document Management Solutions, and Process Automation. This role is ideal for a dynamic sales professional with a consultative approach, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for technology-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
Proactively seek out potential business clients through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.
Oversee the full sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Maintain and nurture strong connections with both new and existing clients to drive long-term partnerships.
Stay informed on emerging trends, technologies, and competitor offerings to position solutions effectively.
Work closely with technical, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic initiatives and proactive customer engagement.
Requirements:
2+ years of B2B sales experience.
Proven ability to identify and secure business opportunities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel as needed.
