Our fantastic Insurance Client, located in Kelowna, BC are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic, hardworking Level 1 or Level 2 Insurance Advisor.

Whether you hold a Level 1 or 2 license, we would welcome your application. Responsibilities can be tailored in accordance with your particular experience, abilities and aspirations. The successful candidate will be service-driven with excellent people skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients

  • Provide renewal terms and optional quotes when required

  • Update evaluators when necessary

  • Provide new quotes on all Personal Lines types of business

  • Offer additional products to provide Complete Customer Portfolios

  • Keep detailed notes on our Computer System at all times (Paperless Environment)

  • Keep abeyances updated and current

  • Accounts Receivable

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 1 General Insurance License with two years of experience

  • Strong communication skills

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong customer service

  • Computer skills including working online, email, remote access, Word and Excel

  • Experience working on EPIC Systems considered an asset

  • Strong English skills, both verbal and written
